Growing and 12 weeks old

I just can't believe how much she is growing! Byam is 12 weeks and 4 days old.

Water Dog!

S holding Byam - she can hardly wait to hit the water! And this from a puppy who did not want a bath!! Byam swam for the first time - loved the water!

Lobster and Goose

Our friends are the best! We had a few people over for dinner, BBQ and the works - had a great time!! Byam was thrilled to get a new toy. Nickel the kitty sent over this lobster with her parents K & R. K&R are two of our lobster-eating friends. We need to start our own lobster feed to replace the now-cancelled annual party.
Byam took off to the living room to enjoy her new toy!

Thank you to K&R!!!! Yummy!!

And our friends C&R with daughters E&A brought over another new toy!
Byam could not get enough of honking fun with the goose!!
Thank you C&R&E&A!

It was the shortest night for us. It seemed everyone needed to leave before we were ready to say goodbye for the evening. Byam did her best to keep up with us all, and for a puppy did well.
The next morning she was so excited to see her new toys!
If she could have talked, she would have squealed with joy - I do have a new toys!!
Lobster and Goose - my favorites!!

Byam's Water Bottle

We are teaching Byam to drink from a Water Bottle so that anytime we are on the go, she can wet her whistle....now to teach her how to whistle....

Byam Slept in My Arms

Life is good!
Byam finally fell asleep in my arms, and I am the happiest gal!
She wiggles while sleeping, so my arms did not fall asleep as she doggy dreamed for almost an hour. My camera was out of reach unless I woke her up, which was not going to happen.

Historic Lincoln Highway

We really enjoyed our travel on Historic Lincoln Highway!  The old bridge was built as a WPA project.

Byam learned how to pant this weekend!

After running around in the grass, and she does prefer the tall grass - she started panting. This was a huge surprise for her to hear herself breathing!

Byam liked people watching in the beer garden! More places should offer a place for people to stop with their dogs for a quick beer or root beer - business would boom like it did over the weekend here!

Byam is so tiny compared to the Airstream.
We are all looking forward to the WBCCI International Rally in Madison WI.
